Natural wine made with our grapes, grown regeneratively and hand-harvested by us. Our wines are unfiltered, unfined and fermented with indigenous wild yeast. We aim to enrich our environment, restore our soils and make vibrant wines, teeming with life and character that reflect the wildness of our Welsh hills.
Highbrook Cottage combines serene colours, vintage finds and local treasures with only a babbling brook for company.
Whinyard Rocks is a vineyard and a former farm workers' 16th century cottage transformed into a peaceful escape on our 550-acre fourth-generation sheep farm. It’s also the wild idea of a couple who met in the city but couldn't ignore the seductive call of the rolling hills of home.
Cradling the border of England and Wales, this unique mountainous landscape is the perfect playground for walkers, cyclists and nature-lovers alike. Discover legend-filled castles, Dark Sky areas, historic market towns and picturesque villages framed by incredible views at every turn.
